Catering Information

  • All menus are smorgasbord style
  • All menus can be rearranged to suit your own personal requirements-tastes & seasonings
  • Travel will apply to all functions over 70km return trip to Te Aroha. A fee of $3.80 per km will apply thereafter
  • White table paper is allowed with each menu
  • White linen table cloths are available at $10.00 per cloth
  • Paper dinner size serviettes (colour of your choice) are allowed with each menu
  • White linen serviettes are available for hire at $2.00each
  • All menus include crockery, cutlery & staff to complete the function
  • Glasses and bar staff can be organized for a additional fee
  • We can provide tea and coffee at an additional cost of $2.50 per person
  • Staff will be provided at no extra charge for the first three hours.  After this time a charge of $15.00 per staff member per hour will be charged.

Additional Wedding Information

  • The food is served to the bridal party in dishes from which they can serve themselves with our staff to assist
  • We have a cake knife available to use & are happy to cut the cake for serving
  • Picnic hamper available for nibbles while having your photo session

Catering Terms And Conditions

  • A deposit of $500.00 is required to confirm your booking
  • Payment is due within 7 days after function
  • Final attendance numbers required 7 days prior to function, itemize adults & children
  • All prices include GST
  • Surcharge per person will apply for any catering engagements necessitating working on a public holiday
  • Prices may be subject to review
